The Vacuum Pump extracts samples from a dipstick, or non-pressurized system. The pump is attached to the sample jar; a tube is inserted into the pump, and then into the dipstick or reservoir about halfway. The pump handle should be activated until the sample jar is about ¾ full. Additional ¼" tubing is available in 54", 100 ft., and 1000 ft. rolls. |

 The QuickDraw Sampling Valve
Installation
- Install on pressurized ports on engines, transmissions, compressors & hydraulics upstream of filter and downstream of critical components
- Range of thread, materials and seal options to fit directly into most systems. Fewer adapters are necessary
- Compact unibody design for tight locations
Reliability
- Rugged patented valve. Successfully impulse tested to 1,000,000 cycles at 7800psi at Milwaukee School of Engineering Fluid Power Institute
- Valve safely limits hand sampling to approximately 750psi. 6000psi spike resistance on hydraulic lines
- Metal cap gives full secondary backup sealing to 6000psi
- Superior elastomeric valving resists air inclusion and pressure spikes better than ball seat valving

The Push Button Sampling Valve
Installation
- Install on pressurized ports on engines, compressors & hydraulics upstream of filter and downstream of critical components
- Range of thread, materials and seal options to fit directly into most systems. Fewer adapters necessary
- Full 360 degree spout rotation to avoid orientation problems. No need for backing off on NPT Pipe threads and compromising seal
- Frame mounted remote access bulkhead with microhose for difficult to locations
- Most compact pushbutton available for tight locations
Reliability
- Rugged patented valve. Successfully impulse tested to 1,000,000 cycles at 7800psi at Milwaukee School of Engineering Fluid Power Institute
- Valve safely limits hand sampling to approximately 750psi. 6000psi spike resistance on hydraulic lines
- Metal cap gives secondary backup sealing (from vacuum to 750psi) and dust protection
- Weathersleeve prevents dirt buildup behind button.
- Brass button reduces heat transfer

 The Pitot Tube Sampling Valve
Installation
- Install on low or unpressurized ports on gearboxes and sumps
- Position tubing away from any moving parts
- Tubing should be positioned close to the center of the gearbox to get the most accurate sample
- Swivel option is recommended for very confined areas
- 1/4" NPT threads are standard, for larger port sizes please use 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4" NPT bushings
Reliability
- Rugged ball valve and steel body. Successfully impulse tested to 1,000,000 cycles at 7800psi at Milwaukee School of Engineering Fluid Power Institute
- Rated up to 6000psi spike resistance.
- SAE J527 tubing connection to valve. No brazing involved
- Metal cap gives full secondary backup sealing to 6000psi and offers dust protection
